Better Days Logistics began in 2020, after a close friend and independent truck driver opened our eyes to the realities of life on the road: the long hours, the sacrifices, and the challenge of running a business while keeping the wheels moving. The more we worked alongside drivers, the more we saw how many were managing everything alone. Our Concierge Services grew from there, built to be the trusted back-office support drivers rarely have.

Sebrina Johnson Holloman founded Better Days Logistics to give independent drivers the support she saw them going without. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, is SHRM-Certified, and brings more than twenty years of leadership, operations, and customer-service experience, including managing remote teams of up to thirty-five associates nationwide. Her focus is simple: understand each client's needs and lighten their administrative load so their business can grow.
Del Lance Holloman — Co-Owner
Del Lance Holloman brings over thirty-five years of experience across shipyards and domestic and international government contract work, along with six years of service in the United States Navy. A DOD contractor with a Secret Security Clearance, he understands the importance of privacy, compliance, and meeting deadlines, and he is known for connecting easily with people from all walks of life.
